“Best” depends on where you start. Here are the top no-skill earners for day one, and the elite careers worth building toward once you can train a skill.
Best jobs you can take right now (no skills)
On day one you have no skills, so you want the highest-paying job with no gate. These three are the strongest openings:
- Refining — ₦12,200/shift. Operator Trainee at the Lagos Oil Refinery. The highest-paying job with no skill requirement — a brilliant Lapo starter.
- Banking — ₦10,100/shift. Marketer on Victoria Island. Charisma drives promotions, and the ceiling is high.
- Tech — ₦8,600/shift. Intern at CcHub, Yaba. Coding promotions take you all the way to CTO.
Elite jobs worth training for
A few careers are locked behind a skill level 3, but pay far more from the start and climb higher. If you can spare the training, aim here:
- Medicine — ₦18,300/shift (needs fitness 3). House Officer at General Hospital, up to running it.
- Product Management — ₦17,400/shift (needs coding 3). Lead the roadmap at CcHub.
